Introduction
It is really important that children have a basic understanding of how to safeguard themselves as they become more independent, heading off to school and being around unfamiliar children and adults. Would your child confidently know what to do if faced with a safeguarding scenario? Would they understand how to tell a trusted adult and who a trusted adult is? Would they know what to do if they felt uncomfortable with someone?
This course is designed to be age appropriate for children from 4 and above, discussed sensitively with an appropriate adult alongside them. We have developed the training to change for each age range, changing the language and content appropriately alongside a variety of activities to keep the children/young people involved and engaged.
